Webinar: software protection in Russia
Gorodissky & Partners will host a webinar on software protection in Russia on 5 February.

The hour-long webinar, ‘Software Protection in Russia – Life of IT after Civil Law Reform’, will be presented by Sergey Medvdev, a software and database attorney at Gorodissky & Partners.

Medvdev’s presentation will address Russia’s legislative framework and IT climate, computer programmes and databases as valuable intellectual property assets, and software development ownership issues.

It will also consider software distribution and licensing models, and protection and enforcement.

The hour-long presentation will take place at 11.15am (EST). Fifteen minutes will be set aside for questions.
