Li also joins Duane Morris as a partner and focuses on formulating intellectual property strategy and worldwide IP procurement and enforcement.
He has experience with patent litigation in both China and the US, as well as patent and trademark prosecution.
Li previously worked at Miller Canfield Paddock and Stone where he was chief of IP.
