Ramsey will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office and focus on intellectual property and cybersecurity.
He previously worked at Orrick, where he was co-leader of its cybersecurity & data privacy group.
Ramsey has experience with copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent law in the technology and entertainment industries, and has represented companies including Microsoft, Facebook, NVIDIA, NCSoft and Disney.
