Marks & Clerk promotes three


Marks & Clerk has promoted Esther Ford, Jonathan Stafford and John Ferdinand to partner.

Ford, who focuses on patent matters relating to internet service provision, oil and gas recovery and semiconductors, works out of the firm’s Cambridge office.

Stafford is based in the firm’s Manchester office and focuses on patent and design matters in life sciences.

Ferdinand is a trademark attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and has more than 10 years of experience in trademarks. He covers a wide range of areas, including food drink and apparel.
