Duane Morris hires IP all-rounder
Duane Morris has hired IP expert Robin McGrath as partner in Atlanta.

McGrath was previously a partner at Paul Hastings.

Her practice focuses on patent, trademark and copyright disputes, relating to the technology and fintech industries, specifically payment systems, business methods, software, telephone, internet and networking systems.

She also gives more general IP counseling and has represented a large carpet manufacturer in patent infringement litigation, as well as a major sports league in a successful trademark infringement action.
