Goldberg Kohn nabs new IP chair
Goldberg Kohn has appointed Marsha Hoover as principal and group chair of its intellectual property practice group.

Hoover’s practice focuses on trademark, copyright and trade secret issues.

She provides services such as trademark clearance and prosecution, negotiating licences, counselling regarding market compliance and advertising, drafting privacy policies, and managing conflicts and litigation.

Hoover previously worked at Marshall Gerstein & Borun where she was partner in its trademark and copyright practices.

Ken Ulrich, chair of Goldberg Kohn’s litigation group, said: "We are excited to welcome an attorney of Marsha's exceptional skill and experience to lead our IP practice."
