Hoover’s practice focuses on trademark, copyright and trade secret issues.
She provides services such as trademark clearance and prosecution, negotiating licences, counselling regarding market compliance and advertising, drafting privacy policies, and managing conflicts and litigation.
Hoover previously worked at Marshall Gerstein & Borun where she was partner in its trademark and copyright practices.
