Fintech expert joins Rimon Law
Rimon Law has hired Marc Kaufman as partner in Washington DC.

Kaufman previously worked at Reed Smith, where he was partner and co-leader in the financial technology, or ‘fintech’, team, assisting clients in managing and monetising their intellectual property portfolios.

He works on IP and patent strategy in the fintech space, covering technologies such as distributed ledgers and digital currencies, securities trading exchanges, content aggregation, and digital rights management.

Michael Moradzadeh, CEO at Rimon said: “Marc Kaufman is exactly the type of attorney we look to bring on board. He has developed a leading position as one of the top fintech attorneys in the country, and his knowledge of such next generation technologies like blockchain has led some of key fintech players to search him out.”
