Orrick promotes IP partners

Orrick has promoted two intellectual property attorneys to partner.

Alyssa Caridis and Jordan Coyle have joined the firm’s partnership in its IP groups based in Los Angeles and Washington DC, respectively.

Caridis, who has worked at Orrick for eight years, focuses on complex patent infringement litigation, copyright litigation, open source licensing issues and IP counseling to technology companies.

Coyle has also worked at Orrick for eight years and focuses on litigation before the International Trade Commission on a variety of technologies, including smartphones, gaming consoles and medical devices.

These promotions come alongside a round of partnership admissions for 16 other lawyers at the firm.

Mitch Zuklie, chairman and CEO at Orrick, said: “We are thrilled to welcome these exceptional lawyers to our partnership.”

“This diverse team demonstrates our continued commitment to the technology, energy and infrastructure, and finance sectors, and to our powerhouse litigation and IP platform.”
