Alexander Klicznik, Joseph Raffetto and Jane Seager will be promoted across the firm’s Düsseldorf, Washington DC and Paris offices, respectively.
Klicznik’s practice focuses on patent law in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and computer hardware and software. He is also a lecturer at the University of Düsseldorf.
Raffetto covers a broad range of IP issues, including litigation, commercialisation and prosecution.
He has represented clients before the US Patent and Trademark Office, the International Trade Commission, and has acted as patent counsel on multibillion-dollar acquisitions.
Seager focuses mainly on internet-related IP issues, including portfolio management and strategy in relation to new gTLDs.
She also has experience as a panellist at the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Czech Arbitration Court.
