Anaqua launches new patent analytics platform


Intellectual property analytics company Anaqua has launched a new software platform that offers new integrated dashboards and patent analytics that will help users to find new opportunities.

The software, Anaqua 9, allows users to evaluate the strength and position of their IP portfolios, track their level of innovation and identify opportunities to monetise and save money on their IP.

Anaqua 9 includes a forecasting tool that will calculate and project future IP costs, while new dashboards give users competitive analysis and licensing opportunities.

Vincent Brault, senior vice president of product and innovation at Anaqua, said: “Up until now, most IP management systems focused on improving the operational aspects of managing IP.”

Brault added: “With Anaqua 9, clients have a system that’s easy to use and allows them to focus on aligning IP to their business strategy. Anaqua 9 is not just for patent attorneys or IP managers; its simplicity allows users across an organisation to understand the value in the IP they manage.”
