The ISP was situated in a shopping centre in Malaga.
Two English citizens managed the ISP from the UK and controlled the activities of their employees through a video recording system.
The representative of the Premier League informed Spanish police that the ISP had been participating in illegal activity. The representative handed over a decoder and a premium subscription, which had been purchased for €450, as evidence.
