In April, Wolters Kluwer revealed that it was seeking “strategic alternatives for Corsearch”.
The company explained that this was due to the industry evolving from traditional trademark clearance and protection services, to delivering end-to-end digital solutions for brand management and marketing professionals.
Wolters Kluwer said that despite the industry providing new opportunities for Corsearch, the company would rather focus its investment on developing its core regulatory compliance and risk management software.
