Serlin will lead client services and domain operations at Brandsight, with responsibility for client services and domain name provisioning.
He previously worked at MarkMonitor and has been in the industry for 15 years.
Cooper will manage Brandsight’s marketing and policy.
Before joining Brandsight, Cooper worked at intellectual property analytics company Lecorpio. She was also the chair of ICANN’s business constituency.
