Ice Miller hires trademark duo


Ice Miller has added two trademark attorneys to its Chicago-based intellectual property group.

Alice Kelly and Shyla Jones will join as of counsel and associate, respectively.

Kelly handles all aspects of trademark law, including global clearance, registration, enforcement and litigation. She also works on copyright, trade secrets, franchise enforcement and licensing.

Jones works on global brand protection and enforcement with an emphasis on trademarks. She also has experience with trade dress and design patents across various industries.
