LK Shields hires new IP head


Irish law firm LK Shields has hired Peter Bolger as head of its intellectual property, technology and privacy department.

Bolger previously worked as partner at Mason Hayes & Curran. He brings 20 years of experience to the team, having worked with clients domestically and internationally on IP transactions and strategies.

He is also a registered European trademark and design attorney.

Emmet Scully, managing partner of LK Shields, said: “We are delighted to welcome Peter Bolger whose arrival enhances the strength and capability of our existing team.”
