Michelman & Robinson hires fashion expert

Michelman & Robinson has hired Jeremy Richardson for its intellectual property practice.

Richardson, who has primary experience in the juvenile products industry, has joined the firm’s New York office as partner.

He also has wide-ranging expertise in fashion law, focusing on copyright and trademark claims.

He has worked closely with the American Apparel & Footwear Association’s Product Safety Council since 2005, and also has professional affiliations with the Juvenile Products Manufacturers’ Association.

David Lee, head of Michelman & Robinson’s IP practice group, said: “Jeremy Richardson has had a real impact on the juvenile products industry.“

“We feel incredibly fortunate to have him with us at Michelman & Robinson, and look forward to his expansion of the firm’s presence in this highly specialised area.”
