DLA Piper names trademark chair
DLA Piper has named Gina Durham as chair of its trademark, copyright and media practice.

Gina will be based in the firm’s California office and focus on unfair competition, trademark, copyright, trade-dress, anti-counterfeiting and domain name cases.

She is an experienced intellectual property attorney, who has led teams in high-profile trademark and copyright lawsuits, with her clients including the estate of Marilyn Monroe, Pfizer and Nike.
