LexOrbis acquires Inolyst


LexOrbis has acquired Inolyst’s intellectual property practice in Bangalore.

In April LexOrbis opened an office in Bangalore with a focus on local technology companies, small- and medium-sized entities and start-ups.

Inolyst has served this market and has experience creating innovative systems for making IP accessible and affordable.

The Bangalore office has a team of 10 IP practitioners that serve more than 300 clients.

Manisha Singh, partner in charge at LexOrbis, said: “We see a great synergy and future from this acquisition.”
